2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC
While the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC is a departure from the design of the GLK it replaces, it does so with grace and style. As Mercedes-Benz seeks to create a more cohesive SUV line-up, it should be no surprise that the GLC looks like a smaller version of the GLE. The proportions are spot-on, with the passenger cabin being just the right size to not overtake the rest of the body. The front end is striking, a sloping front end to an aggressive front grille and raked-back headlamp assemblies. Chrome trim accents the rising beltline, and provides a great touch of class. Anodized roof rails for tying down large cargo, available aluminum running boards with rubber studs, a number of available wheel styles, and available AMG® body styling and Gloss Black exterior accents provide for plenty of customization options.
Just because the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC is positioned towards the entry-level crossover in the Mercedes-Benz line-up does not mean you should expect anything less than the level of Mercedes luxury you are accustomed to. A spacious interior is clad in synthetic or leather, with trims including Burl Walnut and Natural Grain Black Ash. It is ergonomic, easy to learn and navigate, and fits the driver perfectly.
Open up your vehicle to the sunshine and skies, with the available panorama roof. Tilt the panels for ventilation, or slide the panel for open-air feeling. The sweeping views encompass all seating positions, while dual interior power shades with controls allow the panels to be dimmed individually, so each seat can control just how much sun they receive.
Supportive, Stylish, and Comfortable Seating
Seating options in the GLC offer a number of ways to make both the driver and front-seat passenger both incredibly comfortable. While the driver’s seat is 14-way power adjustable with memory as a standard, the passenger seat can also be optioned to have the same capabilities. Available heated front and rear seats cut through the Long Island winter chill, while ventilated front seats will also help circulate air in the warm summer days.
Every new 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC comes with some of the latest technology, but the centerpiece of the vehicle is the standard mbrace® Connect package, plus three available additional packages.
